Kuttu Atta

Kuttu ka atta is what most homes reach for during Navratri and other vrat days, and kuttu ki puri with aloo sabzi is a taste people wait for all year. Our Kuttu Atta is made from pure kuttu that comes from the village. We clean it the traditional way and grind it fresh on a stone chakki, so you get a fresh atta every time and not the old stock that sits on shelves.

You can make puri, paratha, pakora, chilla or halwa with it. Kuttu dough is sticky and breaks easily, so mix a little boiled and mashed potato into it and the puris will puff up nicely. Packed at Special Sarv, Hisar, Haryana.
