1. Product Quality & Natural Variations
- Special Sarv deals in natural, organic, and traditionally prepared food products including spices, masale, organic items, murabba, and pickles (achar).
- Since our products are 100% natural, slight variations in colour, aroma, texture, taste, and appearance may occur from batch to batch. This is a sign of purity, not a defect.
- We ensure that only the freshest, finest, and best-quality products are packed and shipped to our customers.
- Product images shown on the website are for representation purposes only — actual product may slightly differ in packaging or appearance.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST), unless mentioned otherwise.
- Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price applicable to your order will be the one displayed at the time of checkout.
- Full payment must be completed before order processing and dispatch.
- We accept payments only through secure online payment gateways (UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, COD where available).
- In case of any payment failure or transaction error, the amount (if deducted) will be auto-refunded by your bank within 5–7 working days.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped through our trusted courier partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, India Post, DTDC, etc.) across India.
- Standard delivery timelines are 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to external factors such as:
- Weather conditions
- Festival/holiday season
- Remote or hard-to-reach locations
- Courier partner delays
- Government restrictions or unforeseen events
- Special Sarv shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by courier partners or external circumstances beyond our control.
- Tracking details will be shared with you via email/SMS/WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.
5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
- Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our food products, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund Policy.
- Replacements are only considered in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof.
6. User Responsibilities
By placing an order, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date shipping details (name, address, PIN code, contact number, email)
- Be available at the provided address at the time of delivery
- Take responsibility for any delays, failed deliveries, or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Not misuse the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials (if you create an account)
⚠️ Re-shipping charges in case of failed delivery due to incorrect address will be borne by the customer.
