Quinoa Aata

Quinoa is easy to cook as rice or khichdi, but it is not so easy to eat every day. That is where quinoa atta helps. You can make it part of your roti, chilla or paratha, and nobody at the table needs to know.

Our Quinoa Atta is made from pure quinoa, ground fresh on a stone chakki. It has a mild, nutty taste and a light color, and it is a good source of plant protein.

Quinoa dough does not hold together like wheat dough, so knead it with warm water, or mix it half and half with wheat atta for softer rotis. You can also make chilla, dosa, pancakes or a simple porridge with it. If you find the taste a little bitter at first, dry roast the atta for a minute or two on a low flame.
