Lemon Pickle (Nimbu Ka Achar)

Nimbu ka achar is the one pickle that almost every Indian home has a jar of. Our Lemon Pickle is made the way it is made at home, with fresh lemons, pure mustard oil and desi masalas. The taste is sharp, tangy and spicy, and it only gets better as it settles in the jar.

We don’t use any vinegar, artificial color or preservatives. You get the real taste of lemon and masala, nothing else.

Have it with paratha, puri, roti or dal-chawal. A small piece also goes well with khichdi or curd rice. Many people like it as a light side when the stomach feels heavy. Made at Special Sarv, Hisar, Haryana.
