Tind Achar

Tind ka achar, also known as tindora or kundru pickle, is a favourite in many Indian homes, and it is not easy to find one that tastes like it was made at home. Our Small Tind Achar is made with small, tender tind, pure mustard oil and desi masalas. The taste is tangy, spicy and a little crunchy.

We don’t use any vinegar, artificial color or preservatives. The tind stays firm, the masala stays bold and the flavor stays honest.

Have it with paratha, puri, roti or dal-chawal. It also works well with khichdi or any simple meal that needs a spicy kick. Made at Special Sarv, Hisar, Haryana.
