1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through our website www.specialsarv.com are considered final and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and dispatched.
2. No Returns or Replacements
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements once a product has been delivered to the customer. This policy applies to all categories including spices, organic food products, murabba, pickles (achar), and other consumables.
3. Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:
- Change of mind after placing the order
- Personal preference regarding taste, aroma, or texture
- Over-ordering or duplicate orders
- Delay in delivery caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
- Incorrect address or non-availability at the time of delivery
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, leaked, or incorrect product, please follow the steps below:
⚠️ Important: You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Complaints raised after 24 hours will not be entertained.

- Your Order ID and registered contact number
- Clear photographs of the damaged/incorrect product
- Photograph of the outer packaging (box/parcel as received)
- A short description of the issue
